Tom, Had a great time talking with you the other day.
Nice to find some one with the same passion as me. Great story about
your Dad and his H1. Talk to you soon. I will try to send the pictures
of double to night too.
Take care.
Thad
The little green bike belonged to a friend of mine in
the 70s. It is a F9 Bighorn with a H1 rear end and a S3 front end.
He told me it was fast but you know how that goes. Turns out the bike
showed up at a local salvage yard some years ago and I got it. The
coolest thing is that the guy who used to own it worked at the biggest
Kawasaki dealer in Florida at the time and he ordered a factory close
ratio trans for it and it is still in the cases. I will probably sell
it soon because I have too many projects going. It would be fun to
run some numbers and see what kind of pipe you could build for it.
The last picture is a picture of me on my H2 when it was still street
legal. That bike was fun. Lots of good times. Actually took the lights
off it about 1 month after this picture was taken and raced it at
Moroso Motorsports park in West Palm, Fl. Finished second behind Todd
Henning and beat John Long. Big highlight of my career. LOL
I will send just one more tonight
Thanks Tom
Thad
